I’m a passionate professional with 8 years experience in management. I love to solve complex problems with simple (cross devices) products / solutions. I love empowering individuals and driving transformation in product centric organisations. I take pleasure in working with stakeholders to drive collective success and high performance in fast changing environments.
I never settle for dumb ass or half-baked solutions, I’m a constant challenger for the sake of good products... but they don't have to be perfect either, I always aim for a calculated 80/20 approach.
I hold an Executive Programme in IT Management (Solvay Brussels School of Business & Economics) and a Master Degree in HR Management (ULB). The combination of these two educations and my professional experience helps me to analyse data, discerne key value drivers and put techniques in place that make the teams stronger, more performing and more focused.
I'm certified Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner.
